The breadth of technical features within the product and ease of configuration and support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration API layer, which helped to configure with non-Oracle products for data extraction

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that comes to mind, it is a great product

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get a sandbox installed and try to play with Taleo, before starting any project. Training material is really good and easy to follow along.

The moble applications are easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting suite is somewhat hard to customize. Requires assistance and coordination with customer service at times

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a front to back solution from candidate stage hiring - this is your solution. The reporting and analytics piece is somewhat average.
