What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform is built for use in all organizations including even the mid-sized ones and this enables them enhance their productivity and organizational planning. Its a complete ERP platform and has enhanced our planning and organizational growth by helping us work efficiently and collaborate more as a team. The vendor offers reliable customer support services and this ensures all users are able to use the platform in a streamlined manner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of our less tech-savvy users had a steep learning curve but with time they improved and now are able to use the platform reliably.
