What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?
The tool has an automatic configuration process that has a built-in optimal product mix service. Which enables you to generate sales irrespective of market scenarios. The tool is also supported on all platforms with customer support available on the go. The assets also include a document designer, a contract management panel, and language flexibility with electronic signatures.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The program is very helpful in engaging the customers and keeping a record of every client and its related activities. The tool also provides an integrated system of Customer relationship management (CRM), Digital Commerce/ Ecommerce integration with oracle, Enterprise resource planning integration along with web assistance and services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Urgent support is not available there is usually a delay from 24 to 48 hrs for proper rectification of your problem. The tool is effective only during the initial engagement stage after some time and data compiled there is not much of a benefit. The UI is very basic and dull with a lot of navigation expertise required to run the tool effectively.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Easy to use with a real-time sales performance indicator.

Mobile support and usability have made the tool very useful when you are on the go but the system is very slow and is unable to cope with real-time data. Data Import and Export Features should also be included for better feasibility. The tool also lacks API integration which should allow it to connect with other related programs.
