In my experience, OpenText eDiscovery and legal solutions excels in that it combines robust document review and case management with advanced analytics and automation. Unlike some platforms that focus mainly on legal review, it emphasizes end-to-end information governance, making it easier to manage data across an organization while maintaining compliance. Its flexibility and integration capabilities also allow teams to tailor workflows to their specific legal and operational needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What intrigues me the most about OpenText eDiscovery is how it brings together document review, case management, and analytics in one platform. The automation and workflow flexibility make managing large volumes of information much easier, while still helping teams stay compliant and organized.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my view, the interface can feel a bit complex and overwhelming at first; simplifying navigation and making key features more accessible would improve usability for new users.
