What differentiates OneSpan Sign from other similar products?

The user interface of OneSpan Sign is a significant area of differentiation. We implemented OneSpan across our company during the height of the COVID-19 when face-to-face training was not an option. Our team members were able to grasp the functionality quickly and with little support required.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Personally, I love the drag and drop functionality involved in setting up a new document for signature. It is so simple and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't say there is much I dislike; OneSpan is a simple, easy to use and reliable solution. Both our employees and customers have adopted the software with ease.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take a close look at the user interfaces of the various solutions available, ensuring that you view through the lens of your employees and customers. The ease of use sold us on OneSpan and I'm sure it will for you too.

What differentiates OneSpan Sign from other similar products?

The digital signatures are tamper proof and it offers enterprise grade security making it ideal for signing contracts and deals online.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Thanks to the tamper proof aspect of the tool, the signature are legally binding. We can use either mobile or web devices when signing. Sending/receiving documents for significant issues fast. It's a reliable electronic signing solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far OneSpan Sign hasn't been problematic. Ticks all boxes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For business electronic signing needs, I recommend OneSpan Sign for it's legally binding and comes at a good price too.
