What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
Ease of use. I have used other board management software and OnBoard is by far the best.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to create a board meeting book. Whether you are uploading an existing agenda or creating it directly through the portal. OnBoard allows for efficiency with our board meeting and committee meeting materials. Everything is easy to access and use for the end users. And making the portal available on multiple devices makes it easy for everyone to access the materials whether it's a laptop, desktop or cell phone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing I can think of. It truly is a great product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The sales team and the implementation team are wonderful to work with. They want you to be successful either as the administrator or the end user. Do your due diligence and ask your questions so that you can be sure that OnBoard is the right tool for your organization. You won't be disappointed. It is easy to use from both an administrators standpoint as well as the end user. I receive complements all the time from our board and committee members on how easy it is to use and how great it is great to be able to access various materials that can be uploaded to the Resources section.
