SMS reporting could be more detailed, but the product is still very good.

What differentiates Omnisend from other similar products?

I tried a similar vendor and Omnisend by far was much more seamless, easier to navigate, and support is always available and continue to follow up/

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the ease of use, and the features available to me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't really dislike anything about the product. If I had to name something, I is pricier then the previous vendor I was using. However, It is still affordable and I am about to upgrade.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think they should give it a try. The product itself is great, but what I appreciate the most is the support team. I can't stress enough how wonderful it is to be able to rely on such an attentive and responsive support team.
