It is highly configurable, and has a really intuitive design.

I find the configurability related to how OKR's and related key results, etc. roll up to the scoring is extremely helpful, and makes the intended use for the product extendable across many different use cases.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish the reporting was more robust.
