Great tool for documentation and resource control

What differentiates Notion from other similar products?
Highly ornate and robust organization/categorization options. Great for several teams/departments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It was easy to use with zero training. Intuitive wysiwyg editor
What do you dislike most about this product?
I personally struggled with the database widget. I was ultimately able to bend and repurposes the widget for me needs, but the feature was more limited than I originally realized.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product really can do it off, meetings, project management, documentation, and more

Notion is not only a note-taking app - it is way more than that. As a product, Notion is a well-rounded tool for documentation, collaboration, and more. it feels always ahead of time and can anticipate the needs of the users with articulated features.

the collaboration possibilities, the great templates, the countless features
What do you dislike most about this product?
it doesn't work offline, this can be annoying if used on the go. In the lack of a great network, there are some hiccups.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend using Notion as a source of truth and documentation tool for any team. Not only it will enhance collaboration, but also allow the storage of important data in a great and visual way.

What differentiates Notion from other similar products?
'Notion' is very good when we need to manage a high number of projects since combined with the management of roles and privileges, it is possible to view only those in which we are involved, and its left-side menu allows us to manage long lists without it being tedious. Additionally, due to its simple and precise interface, we do not feel overloaded with a lot of information, and on other platforms, when projects become large and with many activities, we lose visibility. This makes it different from other applications on the market where we do not see the context at a single glance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A very important element of using 'Notion' is that it allows us to preserve the historical memory of the projects in a very structured way. That is, when a project ends, we must ensure that the execution, the documents, and the activities carried out are correctly saved on a platform that we can eventually consult.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no complaints about the functionalities and technological enablers that 'Notion' provides. One opportunity that can differentiate usability could be to increase the personalization of the views that each user has. We are talking about each collaborator customizing the views in each project, of course, this could be in contrast to the minimalist strategy focused on not distracting the user from what really matters.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A recommendation is to initially use the free version to run and control a small project, so everyone can become familiar with 'Notion' and ensure that it meets expectations and users are happy with the Web version and they should also take into account that they have the version for Mobile App.
