What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?
Ninja one is easy to setup and it has incredible feature sets with high performance of patch management to deployment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There customer support is highly plus point for the ninja one which is so responsive and equally knowledgeable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the patches will not update or synchronize to the windows and providing a dark mode will increase user intuitiveness.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the best and amazing software for patch management, Remote monitoring management, deployment. It is easy to setup and easy to use which as a centralized categorized dashboard. It's customer support is the best which clears your queries and helps you understanding it easily.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?
Installing and deploying Ninja One without having to touch each individual endpoint was simple. It was quite simple to integrate the Ninja One into our system .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Managing PCs with manual overrides and applying additional rules is made simple with the help of the user friendly PC device management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only drawback I can think of is that, in terms of antivirus software, it does not currently offer Windows Defender integrations. Although their cloud backup service appears fantastic, it is just too costly for both our clients and us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering Ninja one it has all assets in one console and then some for far less money and with much easier licensing.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?
NinjaOne is a robust platform that has drastically changed the way I give IT services to my clients. With Ninja, I can put all of my IT tools and management under one roof, making it exceedingly simple to keep track of all of my servers and workstations. Their support team is OUTSTANDING, providing prompt and useful responses to my inquiries. My account manager calls me personally to go through any issues and make sure everything is working smoothly. I particularly like how it may give a centralized platform for remote monitoring and management for enterprises.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite element of Ninja One is the product’s community. The integrations are fantastic, the customer support is outstanding, and the Discord community is active and well. The company’s development of this product is truly transparent. This attracts my interest not only in the product but also in how I might use their integrations to better serve my organization. I truly like how effective the stuff is. It meets all of my RMM requirements, and interacting with their team is always a pleasure. They value customer feedback, as the product is continually evolving and improving.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While I appreciate the interface’s simplicity, particularly for RMM reasons, I believe there is space to improve the ticketing component. A smoother method for updating third-party apps would also be good, as I occasionally need to intervene manually.
