What differentiates New Relic from other similar products?
New Relic monitors the underlying infrastructure that supports my apps, including servers, containers, and cloud services. It enables proactive management and troubleshooting by providing real-time visibility into resource consumption, network performance, and capacity planning. New Relic interfaces with a diverse set of technologies and platforms, including a variety of programming languages, cloud services, databases, and others. This enables organizations to gain complete insights across their whole technological stack.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of my favorite aspects of New Relic is its broad and user-friendly observability platform. Because of its scalability, New Relic is appropriate for both small businesses and large enterprises. The platform is user-friendly, with straightforward dashboards and visualizations that help teams evaluate and understand complicated performance data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There’s nothing I don’t like about it at this point. It delivers too much_ information for what I require, and I wish I could customize the reports to be more brief.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
New Relic is a must-have infrastructure monitoring platform that provides enterprises with an unprecedented amount of insight. Users can dive deep into their infrastructure and apps using New Relic, obtaining useful insights and fine-grained management. The platform’s free tier is astonishingly generous, granting access to important features without sacrificing functionality. The graphical user interface (GUI) is clear and intuitive, yet the amount of information given can be overwhelming (it took me a while to grasp it). However, once users become acquainted with the interface, they may effectively use its potential to optimize performance.
