What differentiates Nectar from other similar products?
Because to Nectar, I'm able to make my employees feel appreciated for their hard work, although we might not have done so before. I like how easy and specific nectar makes it to share positive job experiences with others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's a simple and efficient method of communicating with my coworkers and rewarding them for their efforts toward a common goal. Nectar is not only a great method of showing gratitude, but it can also be utilized to hand out prizes for contests at work or elsewhere. My employer does this frequently, and I've used the points to buy presents for my children.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As compared to other options, such as giving people gift cards or pooling resources, this seems like the most practical and fair means to ensure that people use their democratic and economic rights in accordance with their own values and priorities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It addresses a morale issue caused by a lack of communication across departments. Users can also use it to give public and inspiring praise that goes beyond a little token of appreciation. The importance of words is stressed throughout Nectar.

Lots of discount and fun to add the pictures to be able to point out the people what they did for us

It has been excellent product and easy to navigate and understand how we can use it

Expression tools are having limited emojis and no GIFs yet

It is nice to have a forum for sending the quick positive messages to the colleague that go above and beyond
