What differentiates N‑sight RMM from other similar products?

N-Able is a great product for enterprises or MSPs looking to grow beyond the "Box" of MSP software suites. N-Able allows a great deal of customization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to customize almost anything

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the ability to customize is great, it is a double edged sword - as it locks you into their product after you've used for any length of time. The other downfall is that because it is so customizable, you need an FTE per 7500-10000 end points to manage the software. (Not work on issues, but manage the software)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for MSP or large enterprise, if you're willing to invest the time into the product, it will pay off in the long run. It will not be the cheapest product out there, but long term, you will get out what you put into it.
