What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most is having everything managed from one dashboard, it makes keeping track of backups across different systems way easier and saves me a lot of time day to day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I'd like to see improved is the reporting side, a bit more customization there would make it even easier to pull exactly what I need at a glance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd say make sure to test the backup and restore process early on so you know exactly what to expect, and take advantage of the dashboard to keep things organized from day one. Overall it's been a solid choice for us.

Everything from setting up backups to monitoring them is straightforward, and it doesn’t require a lot of technical know-how. It’s a great option for businesses that need reliable protection without the hassle of complex configurations.

It could use more granular restore options. While it’s great for backing up data, there are times when having more detailed restore capabilities, especially for specific applications or files, would make the process smoother and more flexible.
