The availability of an on-prem version along with its JavaScript-based extension capabilties make Moogsoft unique

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to cutomize and extend the product to meet business needs

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of quality data analytics reports, requiring an external tool for that (Grafana)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great product, but currently there are many other vendors also tackling that challenge verey competently. Do a good research, and if time and resources allow, conduct a Proof of Concept.
