What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
A system for keeping track of what has to be done and how it will be done in the future. It's great to see how projects are progressing and to cooperate with colleagues on tasks. Great all around. Using Monday.com, our team found a quick, easy-to-manage solution that keeps team members in constant communication by sending out notifications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Monday, my team was able to integrate and consolidate all of our systems, projects, and regular and repeating activities into a single location. I appreciate having boards for each of our departments, as well as sub-boards and tasks for each stage of a project, since it helps me stay organized. In addition, there are locations for notes and files, as well as the option to allocate responsibility and ownership.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There has not been a single item that has made me or any of my coworkers unhappy up until this point; however, a local Monday.com environment might be built that synchronizes with the online platform in the event that there is an emergency requiring a connectivity to the internet service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's great to see Monday.com adding new features like slack integration and a variety of column kinds including dates, persons, budgets, sub-elements, and diagrams to make board administration easier. Using Monday.com, you can clone existing boards and export them in Excel, which is extremely useful when dealing with people who shouldn't have access to the board or when presenting information to other collaborators.
Pros
- Helps Innovate

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
It keeps everyone up to speed on the most recent changes and concerns, making it simple to stay informed without needing to contact your project manager. As we relocated remotely, it was vital that we could see what each other was working on as a team, and especially that newer and younger team members could assign and prioritize assignments. I may link to the calendar and receive alerts about activities and tasks completed that day, and I can share my daily work updates with potential clients. determine my total number of working hours required to finish a task
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It functions as a communication and project management center, allowing you to establish new boards, assign tasks to individuals, and track progress in real time. It's quite easy to use, which is great for our non-IT workers. We may easily alert colleagues of tasks and keep track of the progress of our work. knowing that our coursework is visible to everyone Excel and Google Calendar are both compatible. Each job may be sorted by status.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They have an excellent LMS, but it is difficult to devote time to it. Editing the work time might leave project executives unsure whether they are working or not, and financial managers unable to make accurate project expenditures. Some of the automatic features will need to be reviewed. For me, the integrations are a bit difficult, but once you get over the learning curve, updating projects and boards becomes lot easier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The channel is a fantastic place for sharing work updates, a valuable tool for managing any project from beginning to end. It's a really easy program that even those with less computer knowledge can learn to use. The mobile app is ideal for meeting notes, project completion and on-the-go updates. It has really aided our communication by keeping everyone up to date and on the same page.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
When a customer has a request or wants to plan a project, I utilize monday.com. Once we were able to effectively deploy, I believe it helped to develop a more simplified procedure for reporting and completing the loop with customers once something was finished. The use of monday.com for long-term planning and short-term, impromptu tasks like brainstorming and drafting emails has grown.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In my opinion, project management, customer care, and success teams would benefit greatly from using monday.com. Amazingly helpful for any endeavor with a high frequency of updates or a sense of urgency, since it enables a bigger team to readily check in on the status of these things. In addition to its practical use, I find it particularly useful for keeping track of the several projects I have going at once. In my experience, it hasn't been put to use in highly technical contexts, but that's where I plan to put it to use in the future.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to be able to modify the original line item's creator if possible. There may be a large number of promotional messages, but I understand that this is a feature of the product. It would be fantastic to have more suggestions for how to put it to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a place to keep track of projects and chores, I highly recommend checking out monday.com. You may arrange your boards anyway you choose, and it's simple to put the most important information front and center. It's wonderful for teams since it's simple to see who's doing what and how much, and then to divide up additional work fairly between the available hands.
Pros
