A must use tool for project management

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
With so many project management tools out there Monday has taken some of the best features from all of them and brought those into one place. There are a lot of templates to choose from to help you adopt the project management style you are looking for without having to do too much customization. They also have automation which is a must-have.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I use their Agile/Sprint Framework and it has worked so well. We also use content marketing and calendar scheduling. This makes it nice for our creative team because another department can fill out a creative request and it gets placed on our sprint board.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I want the ability to add checklists or assign multiple labels to an item like you can do in Trello.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do some research on how you want to use Monday before setting it up. There are so many templates to choose from it can be overwhelming but if you know how you want to set it up you will save so much time and will love this tool.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com is a name we had heard a lot and we were looking for a reliable project management platform for our team. It comes with the same features as any other project management tool provides but what makes them different is its style, interface, UI, and communication tools it provides. In easy words, I can say that it has an easy and user-friendly look and feel that makes it more wanted than other platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday.com is best when it comes to notification of important things, like task submission or assignment. Users can get the notification right away and will be informed about the status and progress via email. Monday.com also integrates well with other frequently used apps and the best part is that you have plenty of template options to choose from, which is a huge lifesaver.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When you assign or work on a project after time tracking the crucial elements and necessary features are the start date, and end date alongside the deliverable. Monday does not have that as well, which makes me wonder how they could miss out on these features in a project management tool. They miss out on serious tools and need to add them as quickly as possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday.com is new and innovative. It is great in some parts but seriously lacks in others. The platform itself is attractive and user-friendly by all means, however, it needs serious upgrades for basic features because when you are charging equally to a top-notch project management platform, the user expects to have all necessary features as well.
