What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com is an open platform that allows us to design and build the resources we need to carry out every element of our work. We can develop or personalize anything we need to enhance the way our organization operates by mixing basic components like applications and connectors. It is a productive approach for my team and I to communicate about specific tasks and keep a record of each other's progress.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy that the platform can be completely tailored to my requirements, and the automations really do save me a ton of time. I enjoy that I can use Monday.com for a variety of different things, like planning, gathering billing data from clients, completing forms, and soliciting feedback from users. I can now identify who was in charge of a mistake and where it happened.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be preferable if users couldn't add more of it than our plan allows and were informed of this so they could ask top management for a plan upgrade as opposed to just adding more and having them find out when their invoice comes in.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We can now easily check, advice and view what must be done each day in terms of importance, which has made it easier to keep track of our activity throughout the team. It has standardized our operations so that I can quickly see my whole task on one tab without having to navigate through other websites or sections.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Having multiple cross-functional dashboards across teams and functions. The ability to have multiple views of a board and connect tasks from other boards to each other, gives visibility to wider teams and you are able to customise boards in pretty much anyway you want (columns, field type, colour code etc)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to easily navigate between all boards and tasks, having multiple dashboard view and being able to integration with other tools to bring information into Monday. E.g pushing info from Excel or Salesforce into a board.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A few small things such as not easily being able to drag a subitem from a task and turn it into a task on its own, it can also be a bit clunky when trying to edit or manoeuvre multiple tasks at the same time e.g rearranging them to a specific section on the board.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you are looking for a way to manage projects, teams and tasks then this is a very capable product, it has pretty much all the features other products have and then some, while also continuing to innovate and add new features.
