What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
If refering to this tool as a project management tool, monday.com is a wonderful platform to do this as it has many functionalities and also capabilities for further customisation through various workflows that can be set to send team notifications straight to their inboxes. It aslo provides very nice project views in different styles, according to everyone's needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It makes team colaboration very easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that one needs to set up all the structure of project management including building the boards, the automations, the rules, etc. It is very much a blank canvas where people need to know what they want to build in order to use it, otherwise its funtionalities can be easely wasted.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a brilliant tool for team collaboration and project management but it is not a CRM as it lacks lead management functioanlity, sales management and marketing automations. It has the ability to connect with other platforms that do this but for most businesses this can get really messy.

Monday.com stands out from other project management platforms with its visual, customizable dashboards that make it easy to track progress and collaborate in real time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday.com's best aspect is its visual, intuitive interface that makes it easy for teams to collaborate and stay on top of projects in real time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have many or any complaints although using this after ClickUp I found not everything to be 1 to 1; particularly around task likst exports
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When using Monday.com, I recommend taking advantage of its visual, customizable dashboards to create a bird's-eye view of your project's progress. Additionally, I recommend setting clear goals and deadlines, and communicating regularly with your team to ensure everyone is on the same page.
