Creative collaboration tool for entire team
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Miro from other similar products?
I admire Miro for its limitless board parameter where I can brainstorm, draw, plan and ideate on several things related to business and even share, collaborate and refine things together with my team member in the more creative manner possible. This tool truly has helped us bring our concepts and thought processes into visuals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about using the Miro board is that it's limitless as you can draw, create or work on anything from ideating to planning either from scratch or by choosing from varieties of its templates through a library called Miroverse. Besides, You can work either alone or together with your team members.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Miro lacks the best approach to manage projects because there is no way to track the work log into a better view and set reminders to each of the activities in progress, leading to time wasted on redundant tasks than important ones.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Miro is a wonderful team creative tool for ideating, brain-mapping and planning entire project even while working from remote location as it allows real-time collaboration among team members.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

Fantastic collaborative tool for UX Teams
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Miro from other similar products?
Other free products lack the number of features present in InVision. You can have access to all design tools plus the capability for stakeholders and non-designers to include comments and draw the idea they have in their minds. This helps a lot to understand all people involved in the company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's a tool that lets designers and non-designers make annotations and be on the same page. The perfect tool for companies doing home-office. InVision is very well known to have complex transitions that no other tool has.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Like most related UX products it lacks good compatibility within related products, so you can freely export/import with other peers workflow. All the project needs to be based on the same tool. You could only rely on Sketch which can be imported with fewer capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a spin for a week and see if your team adopts well the tools InVision offers against competitors. I think is an overall tool that synchs well with addons and is well updated. But you won't have a complete understanding if you don't use it with other non-designers team members as a way to collaborate and communicate on the same project. Give it a try and see for yourselves!
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Enables Productivity
- Efficient Service
