The Mind mapping, creation of Gantt chart, use of templates was extremely useful.

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?
Miro is rather unique and I am not aware of other programs that do digital whiteboarding as well as Miro does. I really like the premade templates and they are great for collaborative meetings. The functionality is there, but it isn't the easiest to learn their interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the premade templates, and how everyone can be working on a brainstorming activity together.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dont think it is the easiest to get used to. Most times if I'm using it with a new group, someone will accidentally move/delete things they aren't supposed to or can't find where it is they need to go to add something.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think it is great if you can commit to all end users being at least somewhat comfortable with it. It will take a few sessions or meetings for people to start to feel comfortable and it to really be a value add.
Pros
- Enables Productivity
