What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

the breadth of features is incomparable to other tools in my opinion - it has everything you can think of and would need when whiteboarding. And it's so user-friendly and intuitive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to add shapes and various image and file types - ideating and whiteboarding in any way that I want

What do you dislike most about this product?

collaboration isn't always too easy - checking people's comments is not always easy sizing - it's hard to balance the size of things - some images and files you upload are really big or really small. I have to often size things, especially sticky notes, so that they aren't too small or too big access management - it often asks me if I want to purchase licenses for my collaborators, which seems really strange to me as an end user

it's great! get it! so much better than any competitor tools

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

Being able to invite people straight from Teams to Miro, as opposed to the past when we had problems with individuals being unable to use our older software, which slowed down the meeting, is one of the main problems we can resolve. I came to understand the many advantages of being able to vote, cooperate on projects, and tag and emoji other people's thoughts. Using the voting mechanism has also proven to make decision-making considerably simpler. It is quite user-friendly and spacious, making it simple to maintain my project's status over time without having to continuously save or update the most current work I've added.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Miro is a fantastic online tool for making mind maps that have a beautiful background. The online web page, mobile app, and app interface all offer default mind maps, and data is continuously recorded. Through the internet website, the GUI is fantastic. No matter how experienced a user is with the interface and the app, users may access the creation of fresh, reliable ideas and apps. What I appreciate most about Miro is that you can immediately invite people from teams and that it provides templates so you can save spending time making your own.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that it takes a while to become accustomed to using it smoothly since it has so many capabilities, but our previous program has a few fewer functions, so it doesn't take as long to learn how to use it completely.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This instrument, in my opinion, is crucial for every kind of business. It has really aided us in our internal planning, navigation, and organization as well as with our clients. It's a fantastic software for mind mapping since you can access it from any device and the data is always preserved. Excellent visual tools for presentations, charts, idea generation, and project planning.

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?

I'd like more connections to renowned applications like Microsoft Teams and others. I sincerely hope to see it. When placing objects, certain trigger-based actions and personal boards without work groups would be useful. With the help of Miro, we are able to work on several projects at once and finish them on schedule. As a result, because Zoom has been integrated, virtual meetings are enhanced and travel expenses are reduced. Screen sharing is also an adorable feature of Miro which is so efficient I love it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Miro is a collaboration tool that we utilize for conferences, specific projects, and work in specific departments. Phase ideas and workflow mapping are really simple with Miro. I can think through procedures in considerable detail because of this system's intuitive understanding of how mind maps operate. The product's best feature is its templates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Given the size of the board, it'd be convenient if there were a method to save specific places to make it simpler to point out where to look on the board while I'm not actively talking. The name-giving option occasionally may not appear when tagging a component on the dashboard. To come up, we need to click several times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For our remote team, the opportunity to work together on projects and ideas in real-time, regardless of where team members are located, has been a game-changer. Even though we were not in the same location, it enabled us to collaborate easily. But it could be difficult to properly utilize this function in Miro unless you're familiar with the mind mapping system.
