What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
It has better security, we can automate how much time we need to keep certain files in our repository and then they can be deleted for everyone, it also provides granular control to the administration to view what has been added and when, and also the access control it provides
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The access control part and the analysis data from users, make it more useful for monitoring changes to files and documents, and the search option works precisely just make a proper naming convention for the files and it will be like your digital library that are safe from the threat actors
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are none to date for me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If anyone thinking of purchasing it, I will recommend it.

Definitely the intranets and the Team sites.

Takes a bit of time to learn and navigate through most of the features to get the best out of it.

Invest in proper user training to ensure users are familiar with the various aspects of the product.
