Centralized document storage and organization. Real-time collaboration and co-authoring.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface can sometimes feel complex, especially for new users. Managing permissions and access rights can be cumbersome. Search results are not always as relevant as expected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Evaluate how closely your organization already uses Microsoft 365, since SharePoint's value often increases when used with Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Office apps. ms sharepoint is diffrent becuse it give strong document managment easy team collabration and work very well with microsoft 365 which make file sharing and project work simple

i dislike that the interfce can be confusng for new users and some setup and custmization take more time than expectd
