What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Microsoft Sharepoint has seamless integration with office 365. It has better document management with advanced version control and metadata tagging. User can manage documents and share it with others with better access control. Very flexible to use in cloud or in hybrid.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with other Microsoft products makes the collaboration easy. We can work on documents in real time with colleagues using familiar tools like Word, Excel or PowerPoint. There is no need to switch between different apps and changes are instantly updated for everyone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit complex to use for beginners. Setting up sites and managing permissions or customizations can be difficult without prior experience. It doesn't integrate well with third party apps. Mobile application could be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft SharePoint is an easy application for document sharing. Basic understanding of tools can make the experience better and faster. It's efficient and reliable.
