I'm not sure. We've only used SharePoint and file server, but SharePoint is in the cloud and has support

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

The advantage of Sharepoint with the rest of the competitors is the easy integration it has with the Office suite and its reach so remarkable because it belongs to Microsoft

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the facility to interact in real time with the rest of the team to be able to edit documents simultaneously, I also love how I can have granular control over the company's documentation and all the access levels that I can grant.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike the most is that sometimes documents are not synchronized so quickly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that if you come from a network where you share documents through SMB, you review in detail the permissions that you must give to each user and thus guarantee an optimal granular deployment.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

We utilize Box which is pretty similar to SharePoint. Box is more user friendly and seems to load files more quickly than SharePoint.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

While SharePoint may not be as user friendly as Box, it does keep all of our files organized and gives our team one centralized location to go to for information while we are all working remotely.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be easy to accidentally delete/move something in SharePoint. Additionally, when we update documents, we have to copy and paste a new link into Sharepoint as well, otherwise, it will still house the old version. Would be nice if that updates automatically to save time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product! Pretty comparable to Box, so I'd say it comes down to your business needs on which one to get.
