What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Sharepoint offers a truly collaborative experience, with deep integrations with other Microsoft 365 products. Sharepoint is extremely scalable and can be customised to meet a vast array of requirements for any size business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharepoint pages are extremely easy to design for both IT professionals and Marketing teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Metadata is very buggy. Customer support is not good at dealing with advances technical issues relating to issues with metadata.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you hire a professional to properly build the product according to best practice and spend the time designing and scoping to ensure you get the structure right from the start, or it will cost more in the long term.

Like that when I save documents, they are available to share automatically.

Occasionally have issues with sharing/editing.

entire company use sharepoint but each team has its own sharepoint location and only the team members have access to their documents location
