What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Microsoft Sharepoint is a great collaborative platform that allows its user to seamlessly share documents and images without having to worry about security threats. The user interface of Sharepoint is easy to understand and learn, and that makes it one of the easiest tools available in the industry. One of my favorite features of Sharepoint is its Document Library Revision. This feature enables the user to have or revert to pre-revised documents.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since Sharepoint is completely based on the cloud, the users can smoothly share their files and images with other users regardless of their locations. This enables organizations spread over different locations to function easily. Sharepoint also gives the users option to customize alerts if they want to be notified about changes, which is super useful for high criticality projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is a great collaborative tool, but it does have certain drawbacks. One is the lack of integration smoothness with non-Microsoft products. This might not seem a major issue if you are using the entire Office 365 suite for your business, but if you are also using other company applications, you might face this issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is definitely one of the best collaborative platforms in the market, with a great range of features and tools. Users do not need to have a separate application downloaded since this can run on any browser, so accessibility is great! The security and privacy domains are well looked after.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Microsoft Sharepoint is secure and reliable. Given that its part of Microsoft products eco-system, its easy to set up with existing users and get going.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft SharePoint allows access control and different users can edit the file. we can also maintain the file version. this is much better approach that circulating documents over email within team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Navigating around different folders and search feature can be improved. user interface is simple but its can add some more user-friendly modern features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great product which is reliable and essential for organizations.

Limited storage capacity and inability to mass transfer and mass download files that are already in SharePoint

Allow mass transfers from folder to folder and allow mass downloads awithin SharePoint.
