What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
-Everything on the website is arranged in a logical manner. -Working on a file at the same time isn't a problem because the interface isn't difficult. On addition to the fact that everything is saved in the cloud, the platform is secure and trustworthy. -We all have access at any time and from any location (under the previous or managed permissions of each folder, of course). -Thanks to the tracking, we can be alerted when something is changed, and I'm always up to speed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has performed as expected, however there have been instances where it has been slow to synchronize.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sharepoint is a great fit if you're already familiar with Microsoft's other products, as it effortlessly integrates. It's a great tool for teamwork because it has an intranet vibe, but it's also more secure and equipped for large organizations.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
There are not many differences, but I like that it is very easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like being able to swiftly and efficiently exchange huge files with my coworkers while keeping track of any modifications. It's also simple to arrange access rights for both my office staff and those from other organizations
What do you dislike most about this product?
The one thing I don't like is that I'm constantly worried that if my share point document link is given outside my company, hackers would have access to all of my confidential data. This is simply a guess, but I am concerned.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a terrific tool for huge organizations that need to collaborate and handle massive amounts of data.
