What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Excellent storage software called Microsoft SharePoint with which we can save and share files and or folders from the computer also with an option called history of files that have been stored in the same cloud, it is useful to create a private folder for specific people who have access to a specific folder.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Microsoft SharePoint we have had the opportunity to share different levels of access (reading, documents, files, saving important data, reference video, sketches). The documents are accessible anywhere so it has allowed us to have a secure and trusted environment to store and share our files. The level of security measures that can be set is one of its great strengths.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The speed of synchronization of the program is getting slower and slower which leads to delays in the collaboration of projects, also the program does not allow us to make changes to an original file (redo) if it has already had changes previously, also having some problems with the access of collaborator to third parties and enable the sending of documents to customers so that the same can make a copy of the document.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It allows us as an organization to keep an order of all the important files that we store and share (files that are huge in data and memory) in its platform and a high security, which is carried out by us, through this we avoid scams and theft.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
We are solving many problems and one of the main problems is document management. Folder structure capability helps manage many documents easily. It's a good place to archive shared files and integrate data into Teams and Power Automate. It serves as a stable backend for file archiving and operations as part of automated functions or for a Teams interface. We have experienced a high degree of reliability and longevity with SharePoint.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sharepoint is a very reliable and adaptable platform based on Microsoft business solutions. It has been in use in our firm for a long time and looks to be entirely compatible with Microsoft's newer solutions. My company utilizes SharePoint for purposes like employee communication and document management. I like the flexibility of being able to manage everything work-related on a single consolidated platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its user interface is cumbersome and not as seamless as some of the more mature front-end alternatives, such as Teams, which is essentially replacing SharePoint as the primary front-end solution for our business needs in many aspects.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure everyone understands the framework your organization adopted for your specific configuration. Sharepoint can serve as a more robust and trustworthy backend for some of the other Microsoft business suite technologies. It's absolutely worth thinking about utilizing it, especially if it's already included in the license. It easily integrates with Power Automate and Teams for shared user capabilities and cloud file storage.
