For internal use, it is very easy and secure. it is intuitive and has a lot of flexibility.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The number of features and flexibility that the product offer. Also the level of security and how easily it can be managed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The building of the SharePoint site can be a bit difficult due to the segments not being simple drag and drop.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great base for all your organization's activities. Start there and build out. You may find you do not need anything else.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Its home page is a communication place that keeps the team in the loop on arrangements and changes within the business. We can easily store information and communicate with colleagues.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft SharePoint helps ensure real time collaboration among staff as it allows for us to be connected and know what the team is working on. Also everything is in a unified place. It shows changes and edits made on a file when one is working on it. We can make private folder to share with specific people so that others cant see.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customizing templates is costly since they need additional changes for added details.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great product for sharing folders and collaboration within the organization. It also stores important files that can be easily accessed by anyone in the company.
