What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

We were experiencing server troubles, and many individuals need access to a large amount of information, as well as a central spot to lead them to what they were searching for. All project-related documentation and demo films are stored on SharePoint. To upload and retrieve profile images and application-related documents from our application, we use SharePoint. Save money while having people capable of working on essential assignments. Maintain the security and backup of our files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharepoint allows you to share any document or video both within and outside. You may give another user access to the folder by giving them read and write rights. I appreciate how you can establish genuine grants to help keep departments organized and information on the cloud so it's easy to discover and access no matter what device you're using.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes very little time to upload any document or video to SharePoint. Moving thousands of files is a difficult task. Third-party software may be required at times. The files must be renamed before they can be uploaded. Otherwise, you will encounter difficulties. You will irritate your customers, there is no way around it; you must give training.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I definitely suggest it for startups and other companies since it is a terrific tool to have and understand. You'll need a committed staff person to work on the layout for you, so research the naming convention for your files. Reading and asking questions takes time, but it is worthwhile if done correctly.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

It is an important tool in making your document repository. It comes with Microsoft trust and security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Multiple co-workers can work on a single document or spreadsheet and accomplish the task in less time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No window navigation pane, options bar take lots of space, very difficult to manage on a small screen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very easy to use and can be given a try if you looking for online document storage option.
