A little complicated for a general user if you want to step outside of document management.

If you are using this as solely document management suites is probably too powerful and you'll never use all its features.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Sharepoint serves as our core repository for all business-related documents. It houses all department documents, guidelines, and vital text for all team members. When your files are in Sharepoint, you can see a ton of metadata about them when you use Office, such as the last person to update a file, co-editing, co-authoring, adding comments to files, and @ mentioning coworkers inside Excel files, which will alert them via the teams. This is all going through Sharepoint, which is where the majority of the work is done.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sharepoint is ideal for organizing articles since its pages may serve as a website with links to specific files, spreadsheets, and other material that your team need. When you store data in Sharepoint, you may save it to the Microsoft cloud. This platform is intended to improve and connect with devices, onedrive, power automate, and power applications, and changes are made on a daily basis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a document restriction, and it is difficult to link to objects that are not within Microsoft reach. For simpler access, it would be fantastic if there was a page dropdown or guide to everything in the entire Sharepoint.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SharePoint is wonderful if you require a site with good page and storage possibilities. It can interface with everything from Microsoft and help organize things. There are some fantastic abilities that come with simply purchasing Office 365, but you must learn about it, spend time applying it, and get your employees to understand and use it as well.
