Always keep a backup of the documents both in sharepoint and on the device

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

I think in one way or another we need to get familiar with this tool and it works great for internal and external file share systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the link creation process where in which I can use simple but secure share links

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unfortunately it's frag and drop option does not work as the legacy ones.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend to get used the this tool because some enterprises only allows this tool for file sharing
