What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
With Microsoft SharePoint, it is highly integrated within the Microsoft ecosystem. Further, compatibility with SharePoint and tools such as Office 365, Teams and OneDrive makes for a good workflow whereby users can employ familiar applications with the advanced capabilities of SharePoint.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The one thing that I liked about SharePoint was that Microsoft tried to give SharePoint the ability to complete documentation management and collaboration. These have a range of features that allow users to create, edit, share and manage documents in a single platform to promote efficiency and productivity and reduce unnecessary hard work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Those disliking Microsoft SharePoint immensely find that its learning curve is steep and complicated because this is a feature-over-overflowing platform; hence, in common languages, it is too big to handle many new users or smaller kinds of organizations; it requires giant amounts of training.IT resources.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're considering Microsoft SharePoint, get a sense of the needs of your organization's resources and strategy first about collaboration. This is a compelling platform that might be overkill for a small organization. Make sure you have the IT resources and budget to implement and then maintain the solution.
