What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
It is way easier to integrate with other Microsoft 365 products improving collaboration across different tools. SharePoint offers enhanced security features like role based access permissions and audit logs which make it easier to meet compliance requirements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about SharePoint is the ease to integrate with other Microsoft 365 products. You are able to connect to Outlook for email, OneDrive for personal file storage and Teams and be able to collaborate on documents with SharePoint.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On a personal level, I have no major issues with SharePoint. Though for a newbie it might be tough navigating through the system. This is however compensated by the large Microsoft community that offer solutions and answers online.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a great product for document sharing though general education might be needed for your employees.
