What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?
Microsoft Project Online is most effective and comprehensive cloud based project management and PPM solution market and give clear view of the current and future project related scenarios, which other products of similar trade lacks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Project Online offers project management and project portfolio management at one place and being cloud based, collaboration among team members is great. It is easy to manage time and tasks for team leaders through an easy and user friendly dashboard, which is my favorite aspect of the product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing to dislike about the product but the price is bit high.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend Microsoft Project Online to the people and organizations considering it as a project management and PPM solution.

What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?
It's just the Microsoft is very popular in the market. I hope the updates of this software will be constant and hope that it will meet every expectation of the user.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is the industry standard for project planning software but arguably, market dominance has not encouraged MS to improve Project. However, knowledge of this tool is very useful as it is used across industries and I've been able to enter into a client space and work from their .mpp files and share those that I've created. It's good for getting a general, predictive look at timelines and for mapping contingencies between tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When tracking multiple projects in the same file, it's not likely that the critical path will always accurately be identified, you have you use your own judgement. There are also limitations in using this software to both plan and track project progress. For example, adding progress to a plan (by marking % complete or updating 'Actual Start' or 'Actual Finish') will influence downstream dates even if there are dates that shouldn't be changed like planned meetings or deadlines, these necessitate manual restrictions to be put in place which can also interfere with detecting critical path.

What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?
A software like Microsoft Project Online can only be praised. Since we have been using it in our company we have noticed that it has a higher level of quality than the competition. This software offers a wide range of tools to make work proposals, strategies to approach different groups of activities, prioritizing pending tasks, and giving through different indicators, timely actions to efficiently manage our company's projects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This software has a series of tools that together make it one of the best for managing business projects. One of the tools that I use the most and that gives me the best results is the activation of panels with specific and general tasks, since, in real time, when a project task is modified, the software sends me the update to be reviewed, and if necessary, edit information. Another valuable tool is that I am not limited only to the use of the pc, since I can use this software on my Smartphone and thus edit or follow up my project from anywhere I am.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the obstacles I went through when I started using the software is that it is extremely complex to use. In order to get the productivity I wanted when using this software I had to go through two trainings and practice using it. Another factor that I dislike a bit about the software is that, when working with other non-Microsoft software, it is complicated and tedious to export the information to the desired software, sometimes limiting the achievement of goals.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft Project Online offers a high quality service, worthy of the Microsoft company. I recommend this software because nowadays corporations require software like this to organize, manage and execute internal projects. Microsoft Project Online, offers you the best tools to make your company meet the established deadlines for projects, working as a team and making more collective decisions.
