What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?
I believe that the integration with the Microsoft cloud environment is the main and powerful difference. It can be integrated into Sharepoint, Power BI, and also when I need to do some complex analysis, I can work with MS Project Professional accessing directly from the platform to the software, which is wonderful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best is now my team has easy access to the whole schedule, so it's easier to be well aligned and track the project in real-time, saving a lot of time and avoiding weekly meetings to check. Also when integrated with PPM we can have a good overview of what is happening with all the projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When I wanted that some of my team members have access to make simple tasks, was needed to purchase subscriptions for them. Also have some limitations compared to MS Project Professional that from a PMO point of view, make Project Online a compliment, not a substitute.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Is a great product, mainly when you have a big team and a lot of projects. You can have a wide-angle view in real-time of what is happening with all the projects.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Security Protects

What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?
Microsoft Project Online is an awesome software development platform. To improve our programs, this platform aligns with all the functionality we require, through which I would schedule operations, delegate assignments, and then also enable me to review data and produce reports very quickly and fully online.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really appreciate which we can bind several files and finish our company duties quickly. However, try and watch a video to learn about using Microsoft Project, since it can require a little longer confirming these features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's doesn't encourage me to import massive files, but there are very fewer options for creating stats and visuals. Resources and activities may be lost if it's not used correctly. This application can also often be a little sluggish to activate. We were not really able to afford to buy a temporary solution throughout package propagation for the plan.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Watch a video to learn about using Microsoft Project, since it can require a little longer to understand these features.
Pros
- Caring
