What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?
This software is for experienced and well trained users who are looking for a quality producing, high performance enhancing software. It's very good for handling various projects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being trained as engineer in project manager, one needs assistance to manage the different projects given. That's where this tool comes in. I love excel and this tool is similar to it. Even though it may be quite complicated but once you know how to use it, it gives excellent results.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not beginner friendly. If you want the most out of this software, get ready to learn. Once you have the hang of it though, it's a pleasure to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Well, Microsoft project conveys undeniably excellent level reports. You have complete customization as far as what you need to be shown on a specific report. There are different views to work from, you just have to choose the most workable one for you. Be ready to learn as it can be quite complicated. The features are not all that bad in terms of user-friendlyness.

I like it Microsoft Project Online makes project management easy by letting you: Integration with other Microsoft Office products and technologies is excellent. Tasks, dates, times, diagrams, and project tracking are all modifiable. It is flexible in illustrating certain characteristics of each project or activity. Provides for the efficient use of the order fulfillment and delay notice system. With the ability to manage resources in great detail, track projects and the utilization of all available resources.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Microsoft Project Online setup could be simplified. The learning curve for Microsoft Project Online is severe, especially for project management newbies.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Microsoft Project Online facilitates a variety of project management options and features, including: Agile workflow tools like Gantt charts. Prebuilt workflows and report templates are available for instant use. It integrates with BI tools and other programs to facilitate resource planning and management.
