What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?
One of Power BI’s key strengths is its good sized library of data connectors. It integrates seamlessly with hundreds of cloud and on-premise statistics resources, which includes Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SAP. This wide-ranging connectivity makes it a bendy desire for numerous commercial enterprise environments. Users can consolidate and examine facts from more than one systems resultseasily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Power BI makes working on it an easy thing to do, thus the seamless collaboration is achievable because of its sharing and embedding capacities. The reports can be shared in a safe manner with the help of Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. The implementation of the role-based access control system ensures both the security of the data and the teamwork. These features enable organizations to handle data efficiently together.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s really hard to share you a report available at an external company or services provided by a consultant. Even if one is using the Power BI platform, if they do not have a Pro license, they will not be able to view the shared reviews, thus collaboration with clients, or partners will not be free of additional costs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To link up the reports to others, a Power BI Pro account is indispensable. If the collaboration aspect is a problem, make sure that the licensing structure is well thought out. In case of a big group of employees, the Power BI Premium one may be the best way to go for fulfilling the reporting needs.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
