The entire business process is improved because of this tool that helps in tackling everyday activity efficiently. This tool is definitely easy to test and templates are super cool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is not completely friendly to non-developer users. Complexity in the Third-party add ons should be mitigated or completely taken.

Microsoft is one great tool if you are looking to automate your organization's email notifications and other approvals. Though the effectiveness is limited for high critical data, it is good for automating tasks that are manual and repeated which thereby improves the overall efficiency.
