It offers a lot of integration OOB and with the Microsoft Ecosystem, it blends fine.

Ease of use and collaboration capabilities.

More scope for connector and Ui automation via Power Automate Flow.

If you have the Microsft ecosystem then this is something to be considered to enable the business users and noncoders to have their DIY automation to increase productivity.

The cheap and the best RPA tool in the market

What differentiates Microsoft Power Automate from other similar products?
They have both cloud and desktop flow which makes them unique compared to other products and the tight integration with other Microsoft products makes power automate standout from the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect is the licensing, it's simple and cost efficient and the great thing is that we can run multiple robots in one single machine virtual machine and it doesn't need any additional license like other RPA tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's very difficult to use the azure key in power Automate since both the Microsoft products doesn't come in the same product bucket. And tool wise it is still in the evolving phase.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Considering the license cost it's a great product.

A low cost RPA tool from Microsoft

What differentiates Microsoft Power Automate from other similar products?
The integration with Microsoft products like SharePoint, Teams etc are seamless and the cost of license differentiates this product from other Tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite is the solution manager where we can combine desktop flow, cloud flow and child flow into one package.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no ready framework available and it doesn't have any readily available realtime error logging features and credentials storage features
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's good to have multiple RPA tools in your landscape instead of relying on one single RPA tool. PAD is slowly maturing
