There are more integrated plug ins to make communication easier

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to sync between devices

What do you dislike most about this product?

Primarily the UI - I don’t feel it’s very customizable

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Obviously works best on windows operating systems, so consider something else if you’re using primarily Apple products.
