What makes OneDrive for Business stand out is its deep integration with Microsoft 365. It works seamlessly with tools like Word, Excel, and Teams, making file access and collaboration feel effortless, especially in a corporate environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite thing about OneDrive for Business is how smoothly it syncs with Microsoft Office apps. I can edit a document in Word, and it saves automatically in the cloud, no extra steps or uploads needed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most is that the sharing and permission settings can be confusing at times. It’s not always obvious who has access to what, especially when working with external users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're considering OneDrive for Business, it works best when your team is already using Microsoft 365. Take time to train users on sharing settings and sync options. It’s powerful, but a bit of guidance helps avoid confusion down the line.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?
Microsoft is a leader in the IT industry, OneDrive can be used for either business or for personal use and due to it being pre-installed on many new purchased devices it means it is user friendly as most customers already have some familiarity with the product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think the best aspect is the fact that I can sync an entire SharePoint library to my OneDrive and easily access files this way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find sometimes the sync can have errors and I have experienced issues with duplicated items.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would purchase this software as it is reliable and there are plenty of articles online to help troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
