Microsoft OneDrive for business is the best platform for the independent operating system (OS) or productivity solutions because of its pervasiveness. Thus, it offers greater collaborative capabilities, artificial intelligence (AI) that helps manage files, folders, and projects, and increased security and governance choices are among the new features for 2019.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft OneDrive for Business has proven to be a great storage solution for professionals. Thus, the features that people like the most are: easy and user-friendly tool, file sharing, data security and integrity, integration with Microsoft Office, real-time file syncing, file searching option, shared contribution feature, availability on both handsets and computers, and incredible accessibility from anywhere.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sync rate of file upload With Microsoft OneDrive for Business is uncontrollable. You may either halt the sync operation or let it run slowly in the background. The uploading of files takes a long time. Thus, even if you want your file upload to be done in the background while you do other things, the background synchronizer will do it slowly, enabling you to do other things on the internet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you truly want to secure data protection and increase workplace cooperation, Microsoft OneDrive for Business may be the ideal alternative for you. So, install it to make your life easier by storing and securing your confidential data.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?
I find OneDrive more intuitive to use, and the app is very good. About the other features I see that all competing products are similar.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft OneDrive is very intuitive to navigate and is a convenient and secure way to share files with co-workers. Another key point is that we can access our files anywhere, and we can edit and share them remotely. The mobile app and its easy to use interface are very good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has a file size limit. Uploading files in both the browser and the OneDrive mobile app may be faster. The worst is trying to share files with people outside the organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an important alternative for users of other Microsoft tools. It's amazing to have your files shared wherever you are, read, change and upload.
