Azure Monitor provides monitroing for almost all resources under microsoft It's a toll where it provides integartion woth Teams, #rd party incident management tools like opsgenie , pager duty so that you can redirect your alerts to the incident mangement reporting tools We can set static as well as dynamic thresholds We can do network level monitoring, APM, VM monitroing to hcek list of processes , file system usage etc , and diagnostic settings integration to redirect logs to eventhubs/storage/accounts/logs analytics workspace logs anaytics workspace provide querying the data of logging very quickly

no change tracking respect to application deployments

Start using the product wisely as data grows it can incur high cost so manage the systems accordingly
