What differentiates Microsoft Authenticator from other similar products?

Higher security for applications is made possible by providing the location of the accessed device along with a unique verification code. A stronger defense against phishing scams and illegal logins is offered by this dynamic authentication procedure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Administrators can now use Microsoft Authenticator (GA) to build up Conditional Access policies depending on GPS location.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Microsoft Authenticator software has an overly complicated backup and restore procedure for your accounts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Microsoft Authenticator app uses a time-based, one-time passcode (TOTP) mechanism, it is much harder for someone to gain illegal access, even if your password is compromised.

It provides easy and simplest way to apply authentication to our different application also they provide a option to apply authentication it provides a one more safety step to prevent from getting hacked.

The best part of this software is that we can use this tool in browser as well as mobile, using this software is easy and simplest it provides us more security from cyber attacks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently there is nothing to dislike with using this software.
