Great software but need improvement

What differentiates Microsoft Authenticator from other similar products?
Better UI compared to competitors, but recently I faced an issue because authenticator only provide 6 digits but some applications required 8 digits code so I had to install an another application. If we can add that functionality that would be great
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Fast, and no need to open the application and enter the pin manually by using biometric and pin number we can easily do 2 step verification
What do you dislike most about this product?
If we uninstall the Authenticator and try to login to Authenticator again then it will ask for Authenticate from Authenticator that will create a endless loop and we have to connect with the Admin to resolve the issue
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Add option to generate 8 digits code, and if we get login again from Authenticator don't ask to Authenticate again.

Good app for secure and quick login approvals
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Microsoft Authenticator from other similar products?
I like that the app keeps the login process simple while still improving account security. Most employees can use it easily without needing much technical knowledge and the setup is also straightforward.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The push notification approval is the best part for me. Instead of typing OTP every time I can just approve the login in one tap which saves time during work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes notifications do not come instantly and I need to open the app manually. Also when changing phones the account transfer process can feel a little confusing at first.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend it for office and personal accounts where extra security is needed. From a security point of view MFA is very important now and this app makes it easy to use in daily life.
