When it comes to sending a lot of messages MessageMedia helps you to send bulk messages within a very short period of time. It is integrated with Shopify, NetSuite, Adobe, and eVet. Its integration with different apps provides you with better facilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is an open-source tool with GitHub stars and GitHub forks. It also provides multi-recipient messaging and presses log. MessageMedia is easy to use and cost-effective according to the facilities it provides. It possesses a very easy setup and customizable templates. Furthermore, it facilitates a free trial.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its customer service is horrible and completely unreliable. They might not be able to help you out in case of some difficulties. It can be expensive to use it. Another drawback is that you cannot send pictures through text messages. You may also face some errors if you keep it open for a long time.

What differentiates MessageMedia from other similar products?
SMS marketing is the most important aspects of communication among companies as well as their consumers, the company I work at is also one of those who still consider SMS marketing an important factor of communication. We use MessageMedia for that purpose and I must say it from my own experience, it is a great platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With MessageMedia everything is easy, you can send out bulk and informational messages to all clients and employees around the globe – regions where this service is applicable – and you can send messages over internet with the help of emails as well as web browsers. You also can just drag and drop with its templates and get the work done in few minutes or you can also completely customize your messages in your own way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This one is a good platform but it seems a bit slow and sometimes some features lag. With updates as well, this seems to be here with us over years now. I do really hope they could somehow manage this lagging because it irritates in a fast paced work environment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is very helpful tool for communication with everyone and anyone around the globe and the best part is it has pricing plans that are fair and affordable. I am not sure about large companies but it works quite fine for small companies and startups.

The flexibility to reach a customer without requiring a dual option is fantastic. Also useful as an operator is the option to opt consumers out from the backend. This manner, neither of your workers will be able to text consumers who have requested to never be texted.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simple to use, simple to build and distribute templates, simple to establish user profiles, extensive reports, simple to modify user settings except time zone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost is excessive, and the customer support is poor. You'll receive an email from somebody in Australia, therefore the timing difference is also a concern. It appears to be a little 5-person firm. Everybody in this field is five years back in terms of features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Excellent tool that enables us to stay in touch with our consumers in the simplest and most affordable way imaginable. I highly recommend this tool. Simple deployment for small and large installations.
