What differentiates Meridian BCMS from other similar products?

A straightforward system at the user end with excellent technical support

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very User friendly and a standalone product outwith our company servers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of formal training in the use of the system . The staff delivering the awareness sessions did not deliver a formal training package , they delivered system awareness. This hindered the implementation process within our organisation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A very useful system, however depending on the size and complexity of your organisation, be aware that the system may take a considerable amount of time to implement .
